Many customers return year after year. These relationships
are built on Linda’s abilities and the abilities of her team of
Associates to work through highly complex “people issues.” Although
they bring best practices and their considerable experience to each
assignment, they have an uncanny ability to assess their
client’s needs and adapt their approach to what works best for each
client.
Linda’s team has bachelor and masters level degrees,
professional certification, and highly developed expertise in
compensation, organizational development, search, employee relations,
business analysis, communication skills and just plain good judgment.
Based both in the Puget Sound area and remote locations, these Newcastle
Consulting Associates are available when needed on client projects.
Linda has been married for twenty years to a wonderful
partner, they have three thriving kids, and they live in Newcastle. She
graduated with honors from Gonzaga University with a degree in
Psychology and English. She took her Masters in Social Work and Human
Services with honors from Eastern Washington University. She is a
tireless advocate for education, serving on leadership teams, in
fundraising, and as a political activist. She is an
active member of her community and her profession,
a regular public
speaker, and

and as a committee chair for St. Andrew’s Housing Group, a leading
